Valeria M. Phillips passed away on Monday December 11th at Penn Yan Manor peacefully in her sleep. Calling hours will be held on Saturday December 16th fro 10 - 12 followed by a funeral service at 12 noon all at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Penn Yan Manor Nursing Home 655 N. Liberty Street Penn Yan, NY 14527.
