Charles J. Scarpechi 78 of Penn Yan passed away on Saturday March 11th at Unity Hospital Rochester. Calling hours will be held on Friday March 17th from 1-3 pm with funeral services at 3 pm all at The Church of the Latter Day Saints. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to the Humane Society of Yates County PO Box 12, 1216 Rt 14A Penn Yan NY 14527.
