Josef Wagner 88 of Penn Yan passed away at Keuka Comfort Care on Sunday February 26. There are no prior calling hours a memorial service will be held on Saturday March 4th at 11 am at St Paul's Lutheran Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Keuka Comfort Care, St Paul's Lutheran Church, Ontario Yates Hospice or a charity of ones choice.
