Charles J. Smith 80 of Penn Yan passed away on Saturday November 5th at Soldier & Sailors Hospital. A calling hour will be held on Friday November 11th from 9:30 to 10:30 am at St Michael's Church. A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 at St Michael's followed by burial in St Michael's Cemetery.
