Barbara M. Scutt 85 of Penn Yan passed away peacefully on Monday August 15th at the Homestead Nursing Home. Calling hours and Funeral Services will be held on Friday August 19th form 9-11 am with services at 11 all at the funeral home followed by burial in City Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
