Clarence R. Parmelee Jr passed away at Soldiers & Sailors Hospital on Wednesday January 20th. A calling hour will be held on Sunday January 25th from 2-3 PM with funeral services at 3PM all at Second Milo Baptist Church memorial donations may be made to either Second Milo Baptist Church or Yates County Veterans.
