Roger L. Richmond 96 of Penn Yan passed away on Tuesday November 10th at the Penn Yan Manor Nursing home surrounded by his loving family. A calling hour will be held on Saturday november 14th from 1-2 PM with a memorial service to follow at 2PM all at Weldon Funeral Home.
