Charles R. Marks passed away on Sunday May 24th at the Penn Yan Manor. Calling hours will be held on Friday May 29th from 3-5 and 6-8 at Weldon Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mr Marks will be on Saturday at 11 am at the United Methodist Church.Memorial donations may be sent to either Habitat for Humanity or Penn Yan United Methodist Church.
