Joann E. Bailey 64 of Penn Yan passed away on Tuesday March 24th at the Homestead Nursing Home. There are no prior calling hours a memorial service will be held on Saturday March 28th at 2 PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Yates County PO Box 12, 1216 Rt 14 A Penn Yan NY 14527.
