Cynthia S. Heggie 66 of Penn Yan passed away on Friday March 13th at Strong Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 21st at 11 am at the Bluff Point Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Living Well 121 E. Elm Street, Penn Yan, New York 14527.
