Margaret P. Bates 70 of Penn Yan passed away on Monday November 24th at the Homestead Nursing Home. A calling hour will be held on Saturday November 29th from 10-11 am with a Memorial Service at 11 am all at St Paul's Lutheran Church. Memorial donations may be made to the Homestead Nursing Home 418 N. Main St. Penn Yan NY 14527.
