Elizabeth (Liz) Kjar 94 of Waterloo passed away at home on Friday February 15th. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday February 20th from 11-1 with funeral services at 1pm, memorial donations may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church 2414 Route 414 North Waterloo NY 13165 or a charity of one's choice.
