Andrew C. Rice 88 of Penn Yan passed away on Wednesday January 16th at Hospeace House Naples. Calling hours will be held Saturday January 19th from 2-4 at the funeral home.Funeral services will on Sunday January 20th at 1:45 at the First United Methodist Church. Private burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
