James K. Smart (Smarty) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Calling hours for Jim will be held Thursday December 8th from 3-6 pm with services commencing at 6pm all at Weldon Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Pulteney Fire DepartmentPO Box 35 Pulteney NY 14874.
