Barbara T. Nielsen 84 of Penn Yan who passed away March 21, 2019 will have a memorial service Wednesday May 15th at 11 am at the First United Methodist Church 166 Main Street Penn Yan. Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Yates County, 1216 State Route 14A, Penn NY 14527.
