Billy Dunning, age 66, of Dresden, NY, peacefully passed away on June 25, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Bill was born on July 22, 1958, the son of the late Robert and Virginia (Sisson) Dunning. He is survived by his loving wife, Lori Dunning; and their three beloved children: Clinton (Ume) Dunning, Craig Dunning (Ashley Leshure), and Megan (Bruce) Keech. He was a proud brother to Jim Dunning (Chris Christensen), Michael (Kathy) Dunning, Luanne Cross, and Betty (Daryl) Daggett. Bill's legacy continues through his grandchildren: Mara Keech, Bryce Keech, Brody Keech, Miranda, Collin, Zachary, Abigail, Carter, and Chase, along with the joy of an expected great-great-grandchild. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will remember him fondly.

A private celebration of Billy's life will be held at the family's convenience around the 4th of July, a holiday that was very special to him.

He was a long time member of the Seneca Lake Duck Hunters Club, the Dresden United Methodist Church, and the Moose Club in Galeton, PA.
