Age 79, of Dundee, NY, passed away July 27, 2021.

Duane was born March 6, 1942 in Potsdam, NY, the son of Frank and Mabel (Mosher) Maxfield.  Duane worked at Mercury Aircraft Corporation in Hammondsport as a Shipping Department manager.  He honorably served in the US Army

He is survived by his wife Vickie (Naylor) Maxfield; children, Derek Maxfield of Brockport, Jeremy (Santana) Maxfield of Lewiston, NY, Renee (Mark) Bush of Bath, NY; brother, Daniel (Rose) Maxfield, sister Betty (Gary) Lauzon; daughter-in-law, Christine Maxfield five grandchildren, Quincey, Jesse, Savannah, Reese, and Logan.

He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mabel Maxfield; and brothers, David Maxfield and Chucky Maxfield.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bradford Fire Hall on August 29th at 1:00pm.
