Linda Mae Larder
Age 76, of Penn Yan, and formerly of Portville, NY, passed away April 21, 2024.
Linda was born and raised in Penn Yan, the daughter of Stanley and Marjorie (Klungle) Larder. She was a Physical Education Teacher and retired from Portsville Central School.
She was predeceased by her parents, sister June Lee, brother Lawrence “Larry” Larder, and niece Debra Bergeron.
She is survived by her two sisters, Jean Bergeron and Marie Larder, as well as 11 nieces and nephews, Sandy Burt, Mindy Lee, Gerald Lee, Thomas Larder, Suzanne Kasad, Heather Larder, Michael DeFazio, Christine Moon, Susan Bergeron, Donald Bergeron, and Steve Bergeron.
The family will receive friends and relatives at Weldon Funeral Home, 102 E. Main St. Penn Yan on Saturday (April 27) from 12-1pm; followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm, and burial at Lakeview Cemetery.
Memorial donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
