Age 71 of Penn Yan, NY, passed away July 25, 2021. 

Patricia was a Social Butterfly and has now been set free to fly high and look over us from beyond.

She is survived by her son Richard H. (Ann) Warren of Henrietta, NY; daughters, Tammy L. Warren (Edward Egresi) of Pulteney, and Joanne (Joshua) Relyea of Farmington; brothers and sisters, Joseph Alzapiedi, Luther Smith, and Jacqueline Drumheller, all of Norfolk, VA, and Carol Alzapiedi Bass of Las Vegas, NV; four grandchildren, David (Shalako) Washburn, Canon Warren, Devon (Breonna) Egresi, and Lily Relyea; five great-grandchildren, Michayla, Braeden, Parker, Carter and Callie; and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Melinda Branham.

The family wishes to thank everyone who helped care and support Pat throughout her life.  The family hopes to have a celebration of her life at a later date.
