Paula J. Wells

Age 76, resident of Dundee, New York, formerly of Camillus, New York, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Paula, an avid lover of the lake life, was happiest relaxing by the water’s edge, while sharing stories and laughter with friends. She is known for her generous nature and infectious spirit. Paula was a Meals on Wheels America volunteer for years and a supporter of the local community arts and theater. She built a distinguished 30-year career in Information Technology.

Paula was born in Montour Falls, New York, the second of three children, to Paul R. Trenchard and Winifred J. Trenchard (nee Pierce) and was a graduate of Dundee Central School.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Gary Trenchard, sister Cindy Lou Trenchard, and nephew Gary ‘Robie’ Trenchard II.

Paula is survived by her daughter, Greta (Ben) Urbanek, and son, Chris Spas (Cynthia Andreatta) and her companion, Ronald Snyder. Paula will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Sierra, Jacob, Alaina, and Christian.
