SIMON, RICHARD L. - September 17, 2020. of Keuka Park, formerly of Clarence Center NY. Beloved husband of Sharon (Miller) for 53 years. Father of Jay (Sandra), Greta, Holly (John Jr) Fens, Laura (Nathan) McFate; Twelve grandchildren and one great-grandson. Predeceased by sisters Shirley (Albert) Mantelli and Nancy (Frederick) Martin. He was employed 35 years at New York Telephone and 12 years at Clarence Center Cemetery Assoc. Rich was a charter member of Lederhosen Ski Club and board member at Sitzmarker Ski Club and Historical Society of Clarence. In addition to skiing he enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, and reading. An Army Veteran during the Korean War he spent 3 years in Germany not far from his father’s homestead. Per his wishes a private burial with Army Honors service was held September 21, 2020
